Method

Survey the site before you install anything.

Good renewables projects start with a site assessment, not a sales pitch. Our work starts the same way. Here is how a channel goes from idea to something you own.

How the work runs

  1. Survey

We read what you run today. Where your last good customers came from, which channels exist only on paper, and what your buyers need to believe before they talk to you. This becomes the capacity read, and you keep it whether or not we work together.

  2. Design

We agree who you want to reach and why they should care. Then we set a baseline with you up front, so that later we are all measuring against the same thing and nobody gets to move the goalposts, including us.

  3. Build

We put the channels in place: the research process, the messaging, the site pages that answer real questions, the trade press angles and the search footprint. Each piece is built to be run by your people later.

  4. Run

We operate it with you. Every outbound message is written for one person and read by a human before it goes. Anyone who replies stop is never contacted again. We report honestly against the baseline we agreed.

  5. Hand over

When the engine produces pipeline you can plan around, it becomes yours. The playbook, the data, the sequences and the people we trained to run it. We step back.

What we hold to

A few things we will not do.

  • Send anything a person did not read first.
  • Write to someone who has nothing to gain from hearing about you.
  • Keep the data, the playbook or the know-how to ourselves.
  • Talk about results we did not measure against a baseline you agreed to.

Start with the survey.

Tell us a little about your company and we will send back a plain read of where your pipeline comes from and where it could.
